Jem lives in Celo, NC with his wife and two sons.
My name is Jem Klein. I am a craftsman whose home is surrounded by forests, mountains, rivers and endless creative possibilities. It is a passion of mine to go out (sometimes with my two young boys tagging along) with a saw in hand and collect dead tree limbs, find prize burls, stones or harvest bamboo growing nearby and come back to my shop to see what takes form from these items. I have a deep respect and appreciation for nature and I am always observing my own role therein. I work and play along with my wife and two children from our log cabin in the beautiful Toe River Valley of Western North Carolina.
